Return & Refund

We accept return and exchange within 5 days for factory defective issues only. We do NOT accept any return or exchange after the 5 days or after using. Please email us the item pictures before ship it back to us,in order to confirm the item of good condition. Any item that is shipped back through our email notification, Otherwise,it will NOT be processed and refunded.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This refund will be issued within 48 hours after receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that it might take up to 7 days for the credit to post on your account.
 

Shipping fees are not refundable

If the returned item does not arrive in its original condition with all paperwork, dustbags, and/or boxes, it might be returned back to you, or an additional 20% restocking fee will be applied.

All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they are in brand new condition. If for some reason, you feel that you received a defective item, you may send it back to us, and we will exchange it with a new item. If you do not wish to exchange, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
